There is nothing God loves more than keeping promises, answering prayers, performing miracles, and fulfilling dreams. That is who He is. That is what He does.

The greatest moments in life are the miraculous moments when human impotence and divine omnipotence intersect — and this happens when we draw a circle of prayer around impossible situations in our lives and invite God to intervene.

It is absolutely imperative that followers of Jesus come to terms with this simple yet life-changing truth: God is for us. If we do not believe this, we will pray small and timid prayers. If we live with confidence that God is for us, we will pray big, audacious prayers.

Prayers are prophecies. They are the best predictors of our spiritual future. Who we become is determined by how we pray. Ultimately, the transcript of our prayers becomes the script of our lives.
