This book is one of the best that I've read this year, and I recommend that anyone who is concerned about their church read it. It is a manual for Change Agents, with clear suggestions and insights into how to take your church from where it is today to where your vision foresees that it could be. Buy it and give a copy to your Pastor!

Every pastor, staff member, and church volunteer should read this! Would be great if every church member read it, thought about it, and talked about the concepts. From excellent data and research, and tremendous breadth of knowledge of every size and 'style' of fellowship, Josh Hunt presents some great insights. Read it in 1 day, but it will take a while to absorb and implement. There's hope!! Some broader thinking, combined with some small steps of change, can begin to create a healthier church family, and one more attuned to the people and community they serve.
