Spend time on each. Have someone in charge of each. The teacher teaches. An outreach leader holds up the value of outreach. They lead the outreach time in class each week. They set up testimonies to be shared. They keep up with prospects. They make assignments. Teacher. We usually have one of these. We also need an apprentice teacher. This is not a substitute. This is the teacher in training. Let them teach every six weeks or so. Serve. These are care group leaders. They lead the group to serve people inside and outside the group. We often say the purposes and nod. We need someone in charge of each one.
