I'd like to ask you for a favor. It will cost you .99.

Actually, there are three parts to this favor.

1. I'd like to ask you to buy my new book for Amazon Kindle, even if you don't have a kindle. Why? The key to being found on Amazon is getting into the, "People who bought this bought that" lists. If I can get several hundred of my friends to buy Teach Like Jesus the book will be found by thousands more.
2. If you find any mistakes in the Kindle version, let me know. I am planning for a print release on December 1.
3. If you like the book, could you write a positive review on Amazon? This is the second thing that influences whether a book is found on Amazon--number of positive reviews.
